• Please select apartment and fulfill application form, our manager will contact you. In addition, you could send request by mail info@blpa.lv, where should be indicated dates and type of apartment you are interesting in.

• You will receive information about available apartments and price offer.

• You should pay deposit, which is equal to one-month rent if you stay longer than one month. 

The rent fee should be pay in the first date of current month.

There are only non-smoking apartments. The request about pets should be agree separately.
